This is why Kelsey is so passionate about fitness! She knows firsthand how much impact can have on the quality of life. Kelsey’s fitness journey started at a young age. She has eagerly participated in sports as far back as she can remember. Her ultimate favorites were basketball and soccer. These years of active living soon developed into a love for fitness.
When it became time for Kelsey to decide what she wanted to study in college she know that her chosen field would have to allow her to be active as well as help others pursue active lifestyles. This desire, along with her love for fitness, led Kelsey to pursue a career in the fitness industry.
In 2013 Kelsey graduated from Indiana University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Since graduation she has become an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, USAW Olympic Weightlifting Coach, and continues to look for more ways of expanding her knowledge base. After spending several years as a personal trainer, Kelsey realized that she was most passionate about helping women achieve their health and fitness goals. She embraces the goals of each of her clients as her own goals. As they embark on the fitness journey together she makes sure to go beyond just putting clients through a workout. Kelsey helps each client develop total wellness by educating them about nutrition, helping them find practical methods of implementing a healthy lifestyle and by encouraging them to be of healthy mind and spirit.
