What is Sempose Fitness?

 

SEMPOSE is an acronym that describes the 7 dimensions of wellness (Spiritual, Emotional, Mental, Physical, Occupational, Social, and Environmental). To truly achieve wellness one must embrace and find balance in each of these dimensions. Although fitness goals are about what you do physically, we maximize the benefit of every workout by using a holistic approach.
