Why Sempose Fitness?


Our small facility makes for a less intimidating, personalized experience. Since we are not a membership based facility, you never have to worry about the gym being packed or having to wait to use equipment. Most importantly, we want you to get a chance to know us, and we want to get to know you.

High Quality Training

Each of our trainers are nationally certified and have a degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University. The IU Dept. of Kinesiology has provided our background, and our years of hands on personal training experience further defines our ability to deliver results

Goal Setting

Your goals are our priority. We help you achieve your goals, not ours. That being said, we are always willing to sit down and help you form S.M.A.R.T. goals that will help you continue to become a better version of yourself.


We are a supportive community, not just somewhere you go to workout. We enjoy knowing every client on a first name basis, as well as their kids, other relatives and pets. We take the time to learn your likes and dislikes, what motivates you, what makes you smile, what gets you results! This personal touch is one of the many characteristics that sets us apart.
